Subject: CANOCIDE IN BUCHAREST

All responable Authorities of Romania are called upon to stop the massacre committed on the defenceless and innocent street dogs in Bucharest and in other Romanian Communities!

This cry for help is also addressed to the Authorities of the European Community!

Your action and reaction are badly demanded! Help to meet the dogs' overpopulation in a human, efficacious and lasting way is assured by international animal protection societies. The castration, vaccination and re-homing project on large scale must go on! Stop BASESCU's canocide! Please see the enclosed letter and pictures!
